oh, poor Willie! (you too I guess... hehe) I always fear something bad happening to my pup. She's a pekinese poodle who was a rescue from a nasty breeder, with bad knees. And they pop in and out, it makes me so nervous and sad for her! And vet bills are so expense... you can't NOT do it though. My heart is with you both. :-( I hope that everything goes well, and there is a quick recovery

My cat had to have surgery a couple years back for a bite that had, unbeknownst to us, healed over superficially, but abscessed badly below the surface. It cost $1200.
